Xana Antunes, a former editor of Crain’s New York Business, has been named executive editor and vice president for CNBC Digital. It’s a newly created position. Ms. Antunes was previously executive editor of Fortune and CNNMoney.com and editor of theNew York Post.

David Lobl, a lobbyist for the disability rights group Human Care Services and a notable face in Brooklyn’s rising Orthodox Jewish community, is joining the Cuomo administration as a community liaison, a spokesman said. Mr. Lobl formerly worked for the Ezra Friedlander Group, a Jewish lobbying firm.

Michelle Duffy has left the press office of Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for the Cuomo administration. She is now chief public information officer at the Office of Public Safety.

Former Massachusetts Governor William Weld, who briefly contended for the same office in New York, has joined government relations firm Mintz Levin and its consulting affiliate, ML Strategies. Mr. Weld is returning to Boston after six years in New York.
