Bukharian Jews are proud of their origination in Central Asia and regions of the Former Soviet Union. Today, the majority of the Bukharian Jewish Community lives in the United States, with a concentration in New York, Arizona, Atlanta, Denver, and San Diego. They are a thriving and vibrant community of immigrants, with a population that is numbered at over 50,000.
